Welcome to my blog and I appreciate you stopping by to read. Giving a bit of an introduction here I started this blog back in 2012 and I have been a life long Batman fan. I’m 32 years old, so Michael Keaton’s Batman is right in my wheel house. I remember being a kid and seeing the commercial promoting the film on tv. I jumped up and down begging my parents to take me. My Mother was hesitant in regards to the violence, but my whining broke her spirit and they took me. I remember being absolutely captivated and sitting with my jaw dropped. I was head over heels love for the Masked Vigilante and I’ve never looked back! With my love for Batman coupled with my interest in writing I had started up a Batman movie blog. I had posted quite a bit on the Dark Knight Rises but as the film left theaters my posts were few and far between. It has been quite some time since I posted anything but I have been inspired so I’m blowing the dust off of this blog and getting to work!
The reason I have it back up and running again actually goes back to why I started this blog back in the first place and that is cause of Jett over at Batman-On-Film.com. If you're reading and are a Batman fan I would safely assume that you have seen his site. If you haven't seen his site, then I’m actually going to ask you minimize my blog and make your way over to his website. I stumbled across his website a long time ago and I have become a loyal visitor ever since. I don't work for his site or provide any material but I'm recommending you check it out. He recently has had a rejuvenation of sorts and has been putting up weekly podcasts. The podcast is as much of a must listen as his website is a must see. It has been a joy to listen to as a Batman fan and has ignited my fire to start writing about this evolving DC Cinematic Universe.

With all of that in mind I’d really like to tip my cap to Jett for providing a spoiler free safe haven and respectful site for us Batman fans out there. I look forward to visiting his site more and more as I suggest you do the same. As for this blog you will be hearing from me on things regarding Batman on the big screen as well as his Justice League Super Friends. As a minor side bar, if you're looking for Marvel bashing you won’t find it here. I’m a Batman & DC guy first and foremost but I embrace those Marvel Movies and the Golden Age of Comic Book Movies that I have the luxury of being placed in. It will be some reporting (zero spoilers) as well as opinion pieces. It is genuinely an exciting time to be a Comic Book Movie fan & I can’t wait to start chatting about it. So with this little re-introduction out of the way I’m getting to work on a new entry.
